Prescribers have only access to the process, through their own management platform: number of sessions, theme of the session, chosen modules (collective, training, groups of development, individual coaching…)
Yes indeed, he has the opportunity to contact his coach whenever he needs in a given period.
You have access to your employees’ monthly activity report, and to your invoices. You are also able to manage your catalogue and to add some offers for your teams (for instance co-development groups, conflict management training, team coaching…)
You can cancel an appointment for free until 48h before the given date, and then book another appointment. You are also able to contact the coach directly.
You just have to enter your employee’s email address to create his account; then you can enter the number of coaching hours you want him to use, you are also able to include him into a team and add him collaborators.
Once a prescriber (manager or HR) has added a collaborator, mentioning his email address, the collaborator receives an invitation to connect and is able to initialize his own password.
The available hours counter appears in your intranet. Whenever an appointment is booked, an hour is automatically removed from your counter.
You can give your team a connection code or enter your collaborators’ emails yourself to give them access to the platform. They will receive an email inviting them to connect and to initialize their password.
If you are a prescriber, you just need to send us an e-mail. If you are a recipient, please contact your manager to talk about your situation in order to potentially consider a longer coaching session.

Our interventions are adapted to all the people who work together and who are in contact with each other : associates, management committees, project teams, logistics teams, etc…
It can take between 4 to 9 months from the first contact with the manager to when the support ends. We advise that leaders continue to support their teams beyond the key moment in the seminar to enable their team members to integrate the changes over time within their organisation: individual coaching and operational follow-up during work meetings... But please call us to discuss your needs and expectations!

We know each of our coaches personally and have been able to
observe them working before integrating them into our team. Beyond their diploma or
certification, we are particularly attentive to 2 aspects:
- We ensure that they have a place of regular supervision and we ask them each year for a
certificate from their supervisor.
- We ensure that they maintain their systemic skills and offer them training for this.
Before starting each solution with a client, we brief the team of referenced coaches on the context, the constraints and the specificities of the request. A referent partner meets with each of them on a monthly basis to identify any early warning signs and difficulties.
Our support is not just a walk in the park, it consists in learning new ways of doing things, and new ways of perceiving situations, and that is irreversible!
